NTR Jr. BRIEF BIOGRAPHY



"Dynasty may give someone an initial boost in films but success demands more skills." This is proved once again by Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, fondly known as Taarak by friends and family and NTR /Jr.NTR by his fans.

NTR was born on 20th of May 1983 to N.Harikrishna and Shalini in Hyderabad, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh state.

He did his schooling at Vidyaranya (Hyderabad). He was highly influenced by his Grandfather Legend NTR from his childhood and developed interest in cultural and social activities. He learned Kuchipudi( famous South Indian Classical dance) during his school days and performed shows at various places both in India and abroad winning laurels and awards. As a child artiste he acted in his grandfather's film 'Brahmarshi Viswamithra' in the year 1993. Like Legend NTR who is the best in playing mythological roles, he played Lord Rama role in M.S. Reddy's Bala Ramayanam with an all-child cast released in 1997.

NTR first movie as a hero was "Ninnu choodalani" released in the year 2000. It was produced by RamojiRao under Ushakiron movies banner. Written off by critics in his first film, he made a striking comeback with the film Student No.1 which was released after 4 months. The movie went on to become an instant hit with both classes and masses. However it was Aadi that catapulted him in to the big league. Suddenly the critics took notice of this wiry young man and opined that there are sparks of his grandfather in him. Aadi had stood as blockbuster of the year 2002. Aadi not only had created records, but also put him in the top league of actors. His next big blockbuster Simhadri stabilized his status as the next mass hero of tollywood.

With only eight films to his credit, NTR is already claimed as a mass and heart winner, he has a track record that gives quivers to even seasoned actors. Still in his early twenties, NTR is already a highly successful, a very sought after artist, and is the heartthrob of millions. He has high voltage energy; enthusiasm and command in action, dances, fights and the charm to pull masses.

NTR is well known for the way he respects his elders in the industry, the way he speaks and associates himself with people and the spontaneity he displays in his actions, reactions and speeches
